        The Eric Zarycki Persuasion began in the fall of 2001 when Eric and Jason went into the studio and   spent the next four months or so leading into 2002 recording tracks for No Cause for Alarm. Without permanent band members Eric and Jason had to play multiple instruments on the record. NCFA was produced, engineered, and mixed at the 205   Recording Studio by George Dubber and Joe Harry.  


The EZP is Eric Zarycki-Guitar, and Vocals, Jason Mankowski-Drums, and Piano, Jim Russell-Bass. Influences include, but are not limited to- The Beatles, Flashing Lights, Superfreindz, The Rolling Stones, The Jayhawks and many more.
